Financial Regulations & Procedure Notes – Do you have a comprehensive set in place?

It is a fundamental requirement to have in place a set of financial regulations that sets out the roles and responsibilities of financial management within your school. These should be comprehensive and clear so that the appropriate delegated authority is undertaken for all financial decisions and that segregation of duties is in place to ensure that financial processes are undertaken with the appropriate level of controls and checks to prevent errors and fraud.
