As you will recall changes were introduced to pension law in 2012 that will affect all employers in the UK. Over a period of time all employers must automatically enroll every ‘eligible jobholder’, that is those who are aged 22 to state pension age and earning over £10,000 a year, into a workplace pension scheme. Employees then have the choice to opt out if they wish to.
